IMBA’s mission is to serve equally our members, our profession and the public by defending liberty and delivering justice as the representative of the legal profession.

We aim to set and achieve high mediation standards, enhancing the practice of mediation and thereby improving consensus and access to justice. We also aim to promote the understanding and adoption of mediation.
