We as an organization are committed to contribute towards global stability and peace through the administration of justice.

We aim to contribute towards the development of the legal profession, both in mediation practice and overall legal practice around the world and the development and improvement of the legal profession’s status and organization.

The IMBA has expertise in providing assistance to the global legal community and through its global membership for those legal professionals and organisations who practice mediation, it influences the development of international law reform and shapes the future of the legal profession and mediation practice throughout the world.
